Your saved game

Your company and progress are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to TMK Tech. Deleting the app or resetting progress in Settings removes that save.

Analytics

The game uses Google Firebase Analytics to count a small set of gameplay events (for example finishing the opening, a daily close, or placing an order) with small numeric details such as the game day. Firebase also records basic device and app information (device model, iOS version, app version, country, and an app instance identifier). We use this only to understand where players get stuck and to improve the game. See how Google handles Firebase data.

Tracking and advertising identifier

iOS asks whether City Ambitions may track you. If you allow it, Firebase may read your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) so we can measure which of our own ads brought players to the game. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the identifier is never read. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. The game shows no ads.

Purchases

The first week of the game is free; the Full Game is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. Purchase status is verified through Apple and through RevenueCat, a purchase service that receives an anonymous app user identifier and your purchase history for this app. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Notifications

With your permission the game schedules local notifications on your device, for example a reminder that your shop is waiting. They are created on the device and no notification data is sent to us. You can turn them off in the game's Settings or in iOS Settings.

What we do not collect

No accounts, names, email addresses, contacts, photos, location, or messages. We do not sell data.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all local data. To ask for analytics data linked to your app instance to be deleted, contact us at the address below.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will appear on this page.
